Training

TMG systems are easy to use and after only 10-15 minutes new users can start calling. After half an hour training about administration, both leaders and IT personnel are ready to start their first campaigns.  

Training of customer takes place in three steps at TMG. 

In the first step, the new customer gets a general introduction in the system. This gives the customer sufficient knowledge to start the production. The customer shall be able to operate the system themselves 

The second training will give the customer opportunities to understand how rules are used in the system and will dig deeper in on specific areas which will increase the customers’ insight. 

The third training session teaches the customer more about reports and advanced setup of verifications, usage of templates for automatic merging of SMS, email, chat and automatic retrieving of data from other systems via TMG APIs.  

All training is given via Skype, by telephone or visits.  

TMG has complementary user manuals in Norwegian and English, and several areas in the system is documented by video as well. In addition to this, customers have 15 free-of-charge-training hours where they are being guided to set up campaigns etc.

After the training is done, you can contact support at any time! They will help you within a short time.
