New Sales Manager in Telemagic Group AS!
Telemagic Group AS hired Dag Harald Johansen as Sales Manager from 01.01.2018.
With 21 years’ experience from call and contact centers worldwide, Dag Harald is a specialist on multilingual call and contact centres. Over the last year he has worked as a Key Account Manager in the Nordics, Central and Eastern Europe, as well as Asia. His knowledge will play a key role within the Telemagic Groups’ international commitment.
Dag Harald is genuinely interested in sales, operation and development of call and contact centers and has already presented satisfying sales results as a Key Account Manager.
It is very exciting that we get a Sales Manager who has experience from both operations of call centers as well as selling call and contact center solutions. This is a unique combination of skills which makes it easy to understand what the customer needs. This way we can deliver competitive solutions to both new and existing customers.
Dag Harald worked with different functions in Teleperformance Norge (Norway) AS from 1997 to 2006. From 2001 to 2004 he was responsible for all production by Teleperformances’ sectors in Norway.
From 2006 to 2015, Dag Harald had the role as CEO, partner and owner of the company UniCall AS, Central and Eastern Europe. Later on, he participated in the establishment of Svalcom AS, simultaneously as he started Dagh Consulting AS. In addition to this Dag Harald has worked closely with Nordma and other industry organizations for call centers in several countries.
Dag Harald with his versatile background is an important subsidy in TMGs commitment to grow in Norway.
