TMG now offers revolutionary agent statistics where the management can build of the reports. With the new overview of agent status there are more options, better overview, and the possibility for own calculations. What was previously locked to how the systems setup has now become dynamic for the user.
Call centres can now group after agent, project/job or time, specify the end time, search for agents and set up own calculations. You can check off “show only available agents” or “show hidden agents” and by doing this you can hide agents. After you have done that the overview can be downloaded and opened in Excel.
